Your settings for the time-frame inputs on the indicator for the monthly chart were set to wk not month: see the attached pic for correct settings for the monthly chart; these will give you correct O,H,L,C and Bar_h, Bar_L readings. Assessing the strength of a move and whether or not the price action will fulfill the geometry to the tick depends of a lot of factors -- certainly Lessons 8 and 9 on lines holding and breaking will help you a lot; you also need to be able to assess the quality of the flow on one ore more lower time...

Sure this can be done, thou not exactly in the precise manner as your illustration, since you are suggesting that a "point" can be expanded into a "zone", and the software cannot do that unassisted (i.e would require some custom programming). But transferring the monthly 1-1 high...
