Re: Lesson 15

"Further out's" are the second level of support and resistance, more distant from price than the "nearby's." If we introduced the term in Lesson 15 we jumped the gun a bit, since they are properly described in Lesson 16 scns 18-26, and will figure more prominently as the Lessons...

Re: Lesson 16

"Runaway" is a term of art, but would refer to the relatively rapid move.. at the end of the bar marked with the yellow arrow note not only the obviously sudden advance over two days but the key fact of dots opening up significantly, usually a sign of an exhaust but if at the start of a m...

Re: Lesson 18

contained within HTP *on-coming* support and resistance, yes, but LTP can of course break through that on a strong move..., thus you can have weekly support above monthly resistance and daily support above weekly resistance if things are particularly crazy ...

Re: Lesson 18

No, going intot hat day we had weekly support holding and monthly 5/9 holding, and that would be presumed to determine direction. Turned out differently as you see. Re: Lesson 18

The long trade on bar 1 in question is an attempt to play the weekly dot refresh, and is a logical trade given price location in weekly support, and that daily suppport was moving sideways. Even though one might see that the longer-term move has a higher probability to be down, there are many oppor...

Re: Lesson 19

Not quite. Exhausts are treated more fully in Lesson 23,,, but... a couple of different elements to consider, in addition to pric reaching furtherouts, or, breaking nearby outter limits... and that is... next bar's nearby's holding, price reversal occurring, and the location of the price stopping r...

Re: Lesson 19

Yes, you can, except that it is not the weekly exhaust that *makes* weekly resistance strong, but the fact of the exhaust that indicates that the weekly resistance is in fact likely to *be* strong. In theory it usually would be the HTP that causes strength or weakness in the LTP.

Re: I can't access......

OK, we can straighten that out of course. 1) Are you logging in as a guest or as a registered customer? The log-in's are different and will affect the permissions. Log-in info for customer and your passwords attached. 2) DG Lite should permit you to see all of Lessons 1,2,and 3, plus the notes for ...

Re: Platform Compatibility

We've moved entirely to internet delivery of the Lessons and no longer distribute CD's. This has a number of advantages, one of the primary ones being the ability to constantly update, add to, and improve them.
