A point that is driving me nuts......Over and over again you state that you don't see congestion action when the HTP in in a trend run, yet over and over again the HTP IS IN A TREND RUN!! The nearbys set up strong block levels on the LTP's which are traded as congestion action. See screen 44 for example. The text goes on to say that note in the week upcoming, congestion action will likely STOP due to the NB moving into the ET.
If nothing else, this is confusing as hell.....
