Specifically are you asking this question in regard to the basic DG indicator package or of the Refresh bands package? E.J.

OK, now I know how to respond.
This is easy.
Start with a 15 minute chart. Add the indicator DGII envelope . Make sure on the inputs tab for that indicator the setting for sub bars is 4 ( i.e. 4 X 15 minutes = one hour). You should see the hourly envelop over-laying your 15 minute chart.
That should do it.
