Taking into consideration the use of Drummond Geometry and P&L, do you find any value in reading such publications as the Wall Street Journal,
Barron's, the Economist or independent newsletters for trading/investing purposes?

These publications will give you some insight into world affairs and economics, and that may be interesting for reasons other than trading; they should be supplemented with individual point-of-view sources such as quality blogs or newsletters that are not filtered by corporate ownsership. This sort of thing can give you a broad background and a context of large-scale economic shifts in geo-political power, etc. But this info is not essential for trading and may in face lead you astray, since news lags the actual fact of trading. All the info you need for trading will be in the charts.
