Support and Resistance Line Priority

It just occurred to me that all the support/ resistance lines can be extended horizontally and apply until they are broken. "Support is support until broken". And even when broken they may still end up supporting/ resisting again on the next bar etc. So how do we prioritize them, by going to the highest time frame?

Some of the tools have a little more impact than others over the longer term, i.e., past the curent bar in any given time frame. 5/9's for example, are worth watching. Thus "5/9 levels" refers to past 5/9's and "tons f 5/9's" refers to tight groupings of 5/9's in the recent past. But it has not proven worthwhile to watch the future levels of all indictors. If you do this, then you would be taking the correct approach to prioritize them by HTP. etc.
