What software program does Charlie use to discuss the Mog's at the end of day?

Recordings are done on Camtasia, produced by Techsmith.com. I think that is probably what you are asking about.

Possibly. I knew that it was Camtasia, I was just wanting to know that when Charlie draws lines using the drawing tool (the pencil on screen) or places arrows, etc., while in live recording mode and then will quickly erase what he has just drawn on, is that also Camtasia or is that a separate software program that he uses while running Camtasia?

Yes, that's the "annotation" tool in Camtasia.
There are a few other programs that can do things like that on TradeStation (such as penwriter) but I have found them to be inadequate.
