Interpretation Notes on Lesson 1

I was reviewing notes I took during Lesson 1 and I saw that I had written this, which is not exactly in the material. But is it a correct interpretation of the concepts?
"Where the bar closes will be determined by the strength of PLdot Push relative to the strength of the subsequent Refresh. In a strong trend the bar will be pushed far and will close away from the dot, at or near its high or low. In a weaker trend the close will occur proportionally off the high or low, closer back to the dot; it may only retrace back to the Live PLdot. In a very weak trend a Push will be similarly very weak and not move the market very far away at all (i.e., a narrow range bar); so that, the Refresh which follows will take the close all the way back to or near the dot."
Is this correct?
