ET & EB Crossing the Dot

Ted - I must be doing something wrong when computing the EB and ET. I have spent a few hours trying to figure out what I am doing incorrectly. The only way that I can keep the envelope bottom from crossing the PLDOT in the weekly beans is to use the average of (1-1Low(0) + 1-1Low(1) + 1-1Low(2)). When I use the formula presented in the material the EB crosses the PLDOT.
