I'm on lesson 12 now. I think you mentioned the NB were discussed more in Lesson 16???? I'm using plots for the line termination points as well as actual lines on HTP's.

Take your time, no rush, get it down solidly. NB's in 16-20 will be powerful, you wil get there.
Charting all the lines will quickly drive you nuts, but focus on understanding the theory.
Simplicity will emerge from all this in due course.

Have not yet traded on this material yet. Want to have solid understanding first. Getting there quickly w/ the practical, chart related topics. I'll probably get your indicator package after I'm done w/ lesson 15. If you've got the quarterly and Yearly bars worked out in this package then that'll will be neat.

Into Lesson 12. Congestion Entry: is the entry signal less effective as we reduce TP's? i.e.: Daily entry OK but 60 minute not as reliable or should it be viewed always w/ the Cong. Entry rules in mind?

No, I don't think so, theory should hold on any timeframe, We do like tick charts as opposed to time charts, but that is a minor fine point...
