About the "How To..." book though: Lot of information Charlie writes aboutdot distances,etc. belong to Advance P & L right? Or to rephrase the question, are all the info on P&L charting in the book are included in the lessons or they are included in future lessons? (I'm about completed
on lesson 2 so far)?
