Deep Hypnosis CD

[Trader Question]

Received the deep hypnosis/learning audio support. After initial session found it effective, surprisingly, but was quite relaxing. A few questions below,,,,

1. Should I listen to it every day or only when feeling stressed, etc...?
2. What time of day/night should I use the tape?
