MY QT ENV ARE 1 TIME PERIOD OFF, BEHIND
MEANING THAT THE WHEN THE QT ENV IS OVERLAID ON THE MTH IT IS STARTING ASOF SEPT.

It looks correct to me when I use Monthly data. Could you tell me more about which software you are using and what your settings are? Maybe you could send me a picture of the what you are experiencing and the indicator settings.
