If there are ever any plans for another seminar similar to Chicago May 2003, please count me in. The outline looks as though it was excellent. Sorry I had never heard of you at that point.

Much of this material is still available via an Internet seminar, although we have not made an effort to market it. But there is likely a lot of available material that you should work through first. Do you have a particular interest?
